🎟️ CGW Raffle — Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the CGW Raffle (“the Raffle”). By purchasing a ticket and entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Raffle is organised by CGW Neighbourhood Watch (“the Organiser”).

2. Entry Details

Each raffle ticket costs R250.00.
Entries can be purchased online through the official Bagel & Fox raffle page.
Entrants must be 18 years or older and reside within South Africa.
All entries are final once payment has been confirmed. No refunds will be issued.

3. Raffle Duration

Ticket sales will close when 5,000 tickets have been sold, or on Christmas Day (25 December) or Valentine’s Day (14 February) — whichever comes first.
The draw date and announcement of winners will occur after the closing date, and winners will be notified via email and/or phone.

4. Prizes

First Prize: One Red Kandi Kruiser 4P Element Golf Cart.
Second Prize: One whole lamb.
There will be only one (1) winner per prize.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods or services.
The Organiser reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value if the advertised prize is unavailable for reasons beyond its control.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be chosen at random through a verified digital draw process.
The decision of the Organiser is final and binding; no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided during checkout.
If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days, a new winner may be drawn.

6. Delivery of Prizes

The winner must arrange for collection or delivery of the Golf Cart within 30 days of being notified.
The Organiser will coordinate collection details with the winner.
Any costs related to transport or delivery (if applicable) are the responsibility of the winner.

7. Liability

The Organiser accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical or payment issues.
Participation in the Raffle is at the entrant’s own risk.
The Organiser is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation or prize use.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected during ticket purchase will only be used for raffle administration and contacting winners.
No personal details will be shared or sold to third parties.

9. Amendments & Cancellation

The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms or cancel the raffle if necessary, including for reasons of fraud, technical failure, or events beyond its control.
Any changes will be communicated via the official raffle page.

10. Acceptance

By purchasing a raffle ticket, entrants confirm that they:

Have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions; and
Agree to abide by all rules governing the CGW Raffle.
